Davide Felugo serves as Branch Manager of Ansaldo Energia, an Italian Company specialized in the manufacturing of rotating equipment for the power generation business.
With a background in the industrial sector, he brings into the Council his deep knowledge of the Middle East Power Generation market as well as the experience and acquaintance of an Italian Company doing business abroad. A self-managed and result-oriented Manager with experiences in Managing a Team, Contract Negotiation, Budgeting, and Product Development/Launch. Davide is also very well experienced in managing large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
With a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Genoa, Davide, In his earlier career steps served as Technical Manager of Power Plants, and this allowed him to build a strong technical background that was a key factor utilized in the business development activities. In the later stage, representing Ansaldo Energia in UAE with local authorities and political initiative, together with a personal deep interest in economics and foreign politics he completed the managerial profile to lead the Italian Business Council of Abu Dhabi.

Matteo Colombo is the CEO of Profile Middle East, a company operating since 1999 in the industrial and construction sectors, providing a wide range of services as engineering/design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of industrial plants.
Over the years, the company has witnessed an exponential growth that led to open new sister companies in other countries: Italy, Romania, Mexico, and Switzerland.
In 2015 Matteo founded Technometer Middle East, a company that provides leading-edge aerial and terrestrial surveying solutions with the support of drones, and one of the first ones to be approved and registered at the General Aviation Authority, Ministry of Defense and Petroleum Council.
In October 2020, thanks to the deep experience gained in the industrial field, Matteo shaped his latest project and founded Hevor, a company dedicated to the creation of an innovative online recruitment portal
Matteo holds a degree in Electrical engineering and computer science from MIT, USA.

Acting as a Senior Advisor to the CEO of the Mubadala Energy Platform since 2014, Maurizio La Noce is heavily involved in the management of Mubadala Petroleum and Masdar – Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company. Bolstered by his exemplary track record and deep industry understanding, Maurizio directly supports the E-CEO in managing
a variety of critical activities.
Among others, Maurizio served for many years on the Board of Emirates Aluminium, Masdar, Global Foundries of the US, Spyker Cars NV, Saab, as well as holding various Committee chairmanships. He is currently a Board member in the London Array Ltd power company and also affiliated with the Investment Committee at Masdar.
Maurizio holds a degree in Industrial Electronics from the ‘A. Beltrami’ Technology College in Milan, and attended the College of Petroleum Studies in Oxford in the UK gaining a solid academic education in hydrocarbons. In 2009 he was bestowed the title of ’Commendatore’ by Italy’s former President Giorgio Napolitano, following the
nomination by the Italian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

Pietro Paolo Rampino is currently Vice Chairman and Treasurer at the Joint Italian Arab Chamber, as well as the founder and CEO of the Italian Incubator of Excellency based in Jafza, Dubai.
With a distinguished, multi-faceted track record in chartered accounting and auditing, Pietro has also held top-tier positions throughout the years as Technical Court Advisor and Official Receiver for the Court of Milan, Chairman of the Board of Auditors, and Internal Auditors of several medium and large Italian enterprises, as well as board
member and trustee in major bankruptcy proceedings with the Milan Court of Law.
Having graduated in Business and Economics at UCSC University in Milan, Pietro subsequently obtained a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance at Bocconi University. Pietro is also a lecturer at LUISS University in Rome.

Marco Mennella works for GOP (Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners), one of the major law firms in Continental Europe, as Manager of the Abu Dhabi office.
Marco has spent nearly a decade in the law firm and specializes in corporate/M&A. He has developed strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A and commercial agreements, in carrying out thorough legal due diligence of target companies and in assisting shareholders in reorganizing the company’s corporate governance and negotiating shareholders’ agreements with their business partners, as well as in setting up new companies. He is also an expert in GDPR compliance matters, whose expertise started immediately after graduation when he became an assistant professor to the chair of Legal Logic and Informatics Law.
Marco is recognized for his honesty, integrity, and professionalism, which he wisely merges with his diplomatic skills for reconciling conflicting opinions or negotiating agreements.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of a Saudi company operating in the electrical testing sector. He also is lawyer to the Italian Bar and a member of the International Bar Association.

Gianluca has 23 years experience in Corporate Treasury Management in prestigious multinational companies from oil & gas, telco, chemicals, agriculture, and other sectors, specialized in M&A, Debt raise, Cash pool, Bank relationship and Risk management, Structured Financial Debt, Interest Rate coverage, Cash management and Capital Funding.
Currently, he is the Group Treasury Director and Corporate Finance for Al Dahra Holding, a prominent leader in agribusiness fueled by an active foreign investment strategy. Prior to joining Al Dahra in 2015, for which he oversees the business growth in several regions managing all treasury operations aspects, Gianluca was Director of Treasury in Muntajat, the Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Company, developing and managing MUNTAJAT financial market risks including interest rate, liquidity, counterparty credit, foreign currency risks (hedge activity) and insurance.
Before moving to Qatar in 2011, in his earlier career, he worked several years in General Electric, as Global Treasurer of the GE Energy Contractual Services Business and in NTT Docomo (Buongiorno) for which he held the role of Global Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations, Gianluca is a member of the ACT, the leading treasury professionals association, and been invited as a speaker in few occasions.
In the years he built very solid relationships with banks here in the UAE and globally.  He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Cattolica University in Milan.
Gianluca, among his passions, is a Go-karting professional pilot and he won the 2017-2018 GCC Rotax Championship for the category RD1.

Mattia Fugazza works for Mubadala, a $230bn fund fully owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi with the mission to accelerate Abu Dhabi’s economic growth through diverse investments worldwide.
Mattia has spent nearly a decade in the company, helping to build and manage its semiconductor portfolio (GLOBALFOUNDRIES, a global $6bn revenue company, and AMD) and currently serving in the newly launched Mubadala’s technology Venture MENA platform.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Mattia spent his career in Investment Banking, first in Italy and then with JPMorgan in London focusing on European and cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions in the Telecom, Media and Technology space. Before moving to Abu Dhabi, he was a Portfolio Manager for a family office in Geneva, Switzerland.
Given his multifaceted background, Mattia combines a deep understanding of the corporate world – particularly around corporate finance, strategy, business development and turnaround situations – with an extensive Investment Management skillset.
Mattia holds a Master of Science degree in International Economics and Finance from the Bocconi University of Milan.

Massimo Motta serves as the Country Manager of the group of Italian companies CANNON, which main fields of activities are currently steam & water solutions, plastics technologies – for polyurethanes, composites and thermoforming – and industrial electronic controls, providing complete turn-key packages of services and maintenance in oil & gas and industrial sectors.
He started his approach to the industrial sector in EXXON refinery in Trecate, Italy, where he got the possibility to touch several plants process, and eventually built his career in the industrial sector, specifically oil & gas, power generation and water treatment with EPC process, focusing in development of business with international contractors.
Since 1994 has worked as a Manager operating in international markets such as Europe, South America, the Arabian peninsula, Turkey, Iran, and lived an important and meaningful experience as a resident in Rotterdam Holland, in Lima Peru, and currently in Abu Dhabi UAE for the opening of companies and to develop the local market.
Massimo completed his studies graduating in Aeronautics in Novara, Italy.

Daniele joined UniCredit in 2007 and is currently the Head of CIB Business at UniCredit MEA in Abu Dhabi.
He has extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, gained through assignments in Italy, Central Eastern Europe and Middle East.
Prior to joining banking, Daniele was a consultant at Accenture, where he advised clients from the consumer goods, fashion and automotive industries, both in the USA and Europe.
Daniele graduated with laude at Università Commerciale L. Bocconi in Milan and holds a Master in Corporate & Investment Banking from SDA Bocconi.
